Certification Was Never the Finish Line.
You became a coach because you believe in this work. You've seen what happens when a ministry leader finally has someone in their corner — someone who listens, asks the right questions, and holds space without an agenda.
But here's what no one really prepares you for: coaching can be isolating, too.
You finish your training and step into the work — and suddenly the cohort is gone. The weekly rhythm disappears. The people who understood the framework, who spoke the same language, who got what it means to sit with a pastor carrying more than anyone knows — they're off doing their own thing now.
You're still growing. You're still learning.
Sustainable coaching requires the same thing we teach the leaders we serve: you need a relational ecosystem of your own.
You Don't Have to Coach Alone.
The Flourishing in Ministry Coaching Network is a membership-based professional community for ministry coaches. It's not just another course. It's not just a content library. It's the ongoing support system you need to grow as a coach, sharpen your skills, and stay connected to a network that gets it.
Think of it as your professional home base — where peer practice, expert insight, and continued formation come together in one place.
What's Included
Your Membership Includes
LIVE EACH MONTH
12 Monthly Live Sessions
First Friday of every month, 12:00pm PT / 3pm ET. Each session rotates through one of three tracks designed to keep you growing all year long:
- Coaching Labs — ICF competency teaching, live coaching demos, and peer triad practice. Our MCC-credentialed team keeps you current on evolving ICF standards and best practices so your coaching stays sharp without you having to track it all yourself.
- Group Coaching & Community — Facilitated group coaching and small group discussion
- Guest Speakers & Demos — Practitioners and experts sharing their work, followed by community debrief
SHARPEN YOUR PRACTICE
Peer Coaching Triads
You'll be matched into peer coaching triads in 6-month seasons, giving you continuity and consistent practice partners across the year.
This is where real coaching skill gets sharpened — through the same kind of focused, supportive practice you experienced in your training.
STAY CONNECTED
Active Community Space
A dedicated space for connection, collaboration, and professional growth — peer questions, idea-sharing, referrals, and exchanging coaching hours with ministry coaches who share your values. Submit resources, ask what you're wrestling with, share what's working.
Plus,

Preferred member pricing on future courses, workshops, and individual mentoring sessions with Chris Adams and Sylvia Hart Frejd.
✓ Access to a Growing Resource Library
As the Network develops, members will have access to a growing collection of session recordings, monthly guides, ICF digests, and member-submitted tools.

Is This For You?
This Network Is For You If…
The Coaching Network was built for coaches who want to keep growing alongside peers who understand ministry. If any of these resonate, you're in the right place.
✓ You coach pastors, ministry staff, or church leaders — and want a professional community built for that context
✓ You've completed coach training (FiM, ICF-accredited, or equivalent) and want to keep growing
✓ You want consistent practice partners and peer support that doesn't disappear after a cohort ends
✓ You want to stay current on ICF competencies and evolving coaching standards
✓ You value ongoing professional community over one-time training
Built on 10+ Years of Research. Led by the Team You Trust.
The Coaching Network is part of Flourishing in Ministry, a research-based clergy wellbeing initiative housed within Biola University. Our work is built on 10+ years of positive psychology research studying 20,000+ ministry leaders.
The Network is led by Rev. Chris Adams, PhD (Executive Director and clinical psychologist) and Dr. Sylvia Hart Frejd (Director of Coach Training, MCC, NBC-HWC) — the same team behind FiM's ICF-accredited coach training program
Your First Year
A Year in the Network
12 monthly sessions. Three rotating resources. Every month is different — but the structure stays consistent so you always know what to expect.
Between sessions: peer coaching triads, community space, growing resource portal.
