The Flourishing in Ministry Coaching Network is a membership-based professional community for approved ministry coaches. It's not another course. It's not a content library. It's the ongoing support system you need to grow as a coach, sharpen your skills, and stay connected to a network that gets it.

LIVE EACH MONTH
Monthly Live Sessions
First Friday of every month, 12:00–1:30 PM EST. Each session rotates through one of three tracks designed to keep you growing all year long:
- Coaching Labs — ICF competency teaching, live coaching demos, and peer triad practice
- Group Coaching & Community — Facilitated group coaching and small group discussion
- Guest Speakers & Demos — Practitioners and experts sharing their work
These sessions are about your enrichment and growth as a coach. ICF coaching hours come from the individual coaching you do with clients between our sessions.
SHARPEN YOUR PRACTICE
Peer Coaching Triads
You'll be matched into peer coaching triads in 6-month seasons, giving you continuity and consistent practice partners across the year.

Active Community Space
A dedicated space inside Kajabi for connection, peer questions, idea-sharing, and ongoing conversation with other ministry coaches who share your framework and values. Submit resources, ask questions, share what's working.
