It translates 15+ years of research into practical coaching, ICF-accredited coach training, organizational consulting, speaking, and resources that help pastors and ministry leaders flourish rather than burn out.

Flourishing in Ministry (FiM) translates more than 15 years of positive-psychology research into practical support for pastors and ministry leaders. Its Five Dimensions of Flourishing model — Daily Wellbeing, Resilience, Thriving, Authenticity, and Relational Ecosystem — comes from a study of 20,000+ ministry leaders led by Dr. Matt Bloom at the University of Notre Dame. Housed within Biola University and led by Rev. Chris Adams, PhD, and Dr. Sylvia Hart Frejd, MCC, FiM offers individual and group coaching, ICF-accredited coach training, organizational consulting, speaking, a free assessment and guide, and an alumni coaching network. Its focus is prevention — helping leaders stay whole.
